    So far, my biggest hurdle has been not having a gym too! I have free weights and a mat at home, but I also need people working out around me. It’s really throwing off my whole day!

    Real clothes are always good for the mood, when you haven't had a reason to "get ready" for a while! I think this time is REALLY hard on a lot of emotions right now. We're all in this together...but very separately! So, so sad to hear about that wedding getting postponed....it's especially hard when big, special events like that are getting canceled right and left. :(

    Getting dressed in real clothes everyday is something I’m making it a point to do as well, to maintain my sanity. I’m also trying to make sure we spend at least half an hour outside everyday, which luckily we can easily do because we live in south Florida and have a big yard

    I took a drive around to get out of the house (didn't stop anywhere) and I was like OMG I'll never take driving for granted again!

    At first I wasn't worried about it but about a week into things I realized it was a lot scarier than we had thought!

    When Disney World closed, that was also my “ish just got REAL” moment
  • This could all be so much worse! We are fairly lucky in the big picture but it’s still so scary. I have a client that lived in Germany during world war 2 and she said people weren’t even freaking out and hoarding like this then.
  • Yes trying to stay more positive. Bailey is really good at doing that so it helps a lot
  • It’s going to be crazy when this is over. Everyone being stuck in the house will be going out at once 😳.

    I have anxiety as well. I’ve talked about it a lot on my channel and my insta. I’ve been struggling this week. I’m a teacher and not being with my kids is causing a lot of sadness and anxiety.

  • I can relate to so much of this! I also deal with bad anxiety but I'm just trying to see the positives of it. And yes it's crazy to think that our kids will learn about all of this later on. Love all the tips and your positivity!

    So many people are sharing things u can do when u r stuck at home and bored but to be honest I am 4 x busier than my regular day, I have no time coz my whole family is home now my husband and 3 kids. I have to make breakfast then lunch doing dishes 3 times, teaching my daughter her KG stuff... a lot more. But still manage to do my exercises at home as well, going up and down on stairs with weights , also watched frozen 2 like 3 times in 2 weeks lol
