As a private school kid, this is terrifyingly accurate. So accurate in fact that a kid at my school GOT LEAD POISONING FROM THE PAINT USED.

Listen here people, private schools aren't really spoiled. Just a fancy school that has a small budget. The only thing that I find different from other schools is a dramatically strict dress code

As a private school goer, the reality is actually quite accurate-

Omg finally someone who portrays private school without the stereotypes that it’s posh little kids that live of off daddy’s money. I’ve gone to private school since I was 4 and the only thing I’ve seen differ from the other schools is the fact we wear uniform, our facilities are probably more maintained and there is a lot less bullying. Which honestly is think is all positive especially the bullying part. And all of us are still just normal down to earth kids with almost nothing different to the public school kids apart from maybe a slightly more strong English accent 😂 - btw if not not obvious I’m talking about English private school though it is true there is too much homework. and most the kids are really academically pushed by there parents and get really stressed. its a great place but i swear anxiety and depression is prob a lot higher (speaking as someone who has been diagnosed with both) and the safeguarding isnt the best for my school - cant speak for all schools tho

I was at a private school and the only difference was the look and the class size. This is spot on.

Seriously, i go to private school and the roof leaks like crazy, the teachers are barely paid, but we have several expensive flatscreens in the cafeteria that have never been turned on!

As someone who used to go to private school and now goes to public school, this is incredibly accurate. Our schools are tiny and usually have crappy old buildings and there isn’t much of a difference other than they’re a bit more strict at private school with things like phones, gum, etc. I also went to a Catholic school so idk if that was much different from other private schools but yea. Public school and private school aren’t all that different. And not all kids who go to private school are rich as hell.
