Clicked on this so fast. I was such a fan of Scholastic Sports America while in high school even though Chris wasn't exactly scouting my northern rural school. The contrast of covering amateur athletes so professionally, which I hadn't seen at that point, was so refreshing. I was like why isn't this guy covering pro sports somewhere?!

Incredible interview! Before watching this interview I'd always thought Fowler came from money and had a privileged life. He's honest about his background and the "infinite seeking" quote was deep. Clearly he's a hard worker who was grinder. His life philosophy is grounded and that's why he's so solid calling tennis and college football. A pros pro.
