A lot of people seem to be missing the point of the video. Yes, most champions would do bad in modern VGC because theyre either outdated movsets or singles teams. Thats the point. Seeing how theyd do today in an offcial tournament.

Fun fact on Pokémon black and white 2, there was a wifi distribution where you can fight the top 4 competitors of the 2012 Pokemon World Championships in each division. So if you really think about it, because the game itself classifies Ray Rizzo as a “champion” he could theoretically be on this list.
