  • Remember folks, nobody on their death bed wishes they would have worked extra
  • @Belloking1
Gen Z doesn’t complain. They just disappear
  • @GoldenTV3
Gen Z does not play around. If you don't pay them or treat them right, they're gone before you can blink

As a millenial the comments convince me previous generations are bitter we wont lick boots for a promotion or raise that doesnt exist. Doing extra at work gets you taken advantage of and laughed at by higher ups. Going the extra mile today is doing thankless charity work. Its not even smart to stay in the same company for years anymore like it used to be.

I retired in 2021 at the age of 51. Most of my Gen X friends are also retiring. Many Gen Xers decided poverty is better than one more minute in the rat race.

We getting that 4 day workweek one way or another 😂
  • @holycowrap
Lol at the boomer doing the hunt and peck typing, my dad does the exact same thing
  • @juicybleu5438
major respect, people finally starting to value their own time
  • I’m GenX and this is not me. I’m turning my computer off whilst simultaneously reaching for my coat, purse, and car keys. If you blink you’ll miss seeing the back of my head as I break. TGIF and a bottle of wine to you all.
  • @Roccofan
I love that he got the Gen X knows how to type part correct. Bravo.
  • We younger people aren’t seeing a sustainable future by doing jobs we hate and not being paid enough to live. In other words, fuck the system!
  • The only time you should ever work your ass off and put in the long hours is if its your own business. Dont kill yourself for a boss that is going to pass you up for their pet. Put that same time and energy into a business of your own. Work enough to not be fired and still get paid because guess what they only promote snitches, bitches, and pets.
  • As a Millennial working from home most of the time, can confirm that it's either that or drowning mode, there's no in-between.

Boomer: workaholic Gen x: works on the clock but has a life. Millennials: don't give a crap or silently quitting. Gen Z: why bother showing up.
