The court also don't take cyber cases seriously especially if it includes a bunch of minors who are giving free speech. I think they can only sue for defamation or cyber libel only if they can prove that the accusation against them are false. That is the loop hole I saw when ems said she is going to court. She announced it to her fans without addressing the issue, leaving everyone else clueless and also haven't posted any proof that they were telling the truth. We would respect it if she wants to keep her life confidential and not say anything. But since the accusations against them are already publicized and more and more people are seeing it, the easiest action they could do is debunk those rumors to be false. That way, no one would have to go through the hassle of going to court. If they can indeed prove their innocence, then they can rightfully sue the accusers

i feel like we could forgive them even if they lied, a lot of influencers who make content have different lifes off camera, like how you might see someone with a nice car or a nice house, you dont really know whats going on in their lives because of not knowing them, ive also seen a lot on how apparently she “edits her nose”, but ive noticed she wears makeup, and as a girl who wears makeup, she could have just used contour for her nose shape to change (i think her nose is perfectly fine), please dont try to hate on people online unless you know them yourself, if you know them irl then talk to them or have a conversation with them, and if you dont then you dont know what they could be going through.
