Thanks for watching It’s Only Food w/Chef John Politte. In this video we are showing you how to make a SPAM and Cheese Omelet. Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:
• 2 slices SPAM
• 1 cup cheddar cheese
• 2 Tablespoons olive oil (split)
• 3 eggs
Method
Dice the SPAM into small pieces. Beat the eggs in a bowl and put into a medium saucepan on medium heat with the olive oil. Cook the eggs as shown in the video and put the SPAM and cheddar cheese into the omelet, fold over and enjoy!

    I tried a three egg omelet once. I nearly starved to death. So now I use six eggs. ROFLMAO Yeah, I'm kidding. Three eggs is perfect. It looks great, Chef! Spam is a long-time favorite in this house.

    I don’t know if you have ever tasted Treet , but I like it a little better than Spam. I like Spam, I just like Treet better. Anyway, right after watching your video I got up and made an omelet for lunch. I had a little Treet left. What I realized was that the Treet flavors the omelet well.
