Oh my goodness, my dad used to make this when I was little. He didn’t add tomatoes but I did add onions and green bell pepper. And it was still amazing

Love this very simple but very yummy recipe. I use the "Lite" version of spam- less sodium and throw it into a a soft tortilla.
