Only the first encounter on any given route may be caught (dupes clause)
All pokemon must be nicknamed
Hardcore Rules:
Always Set mode
No items from the bag option in battle (held items are ok)
No overleveling the next gym leader
No set up moves

In case you weren't couting, Barry's team knocked out 8 out of the 12 pokémon from Mars and Jupiter.

Fun fact: You can also get the other 2 Sinnoh starters in Rowan's lab after you get the Pokedex.

This run was really cool because the team was constantly changing throughout, the specific plans for each gym necessitating the use of all your pokémon really makes the stakes of death higher! Maybe my favourite hardcore nuzlocke yet!

I never thought it’d be possible for Barry to take out any of Mars and/or Jupiter’s Pokémon in that double battle, let alone 2/3 of their entire team and borderline carrying you, but here we are

Hey man, great stuff, I would to see how you'd tackle more fan made games, like pokemon rejuvenation and reborn, they are noturiously hard, with different mechanics (like field effects) and you can make a whole series out of it, as both games are quite lenghty Keep up the good work though 🙏❤️
