Pokémon creepypastas are kinda stupid, a lot of them use the same tropes over and over again and it's really boring. So I'm just gonna poke some fun at them.

Strangled Red was always the one I thought was the scariest. The mental breakdown was entirely unfamiliar to a younger me

Creepypastas exist to make non-creepy franchises creepy. Any pokemon fan knows the series is already dark. This makes any pokemon creepypastas no very effective.

The reason I love lost silver so much is because the idea of the story is very simple yet very effective. The idea of walking down all your cherished memories and accomplishments, just for them all to fade out of your grasp, while you slowly begin to decay and rot away. As you have to face with the fact you are dead, and that there is no more. Eventually, if your ready or not, you will one day perish from this earth, and your name will eventually be erased from history and forgotten to time. Not even Gold, the trainer who defeated the great champion Red, could escape fate. And he too was lost to time.

Yeah the Bronzong Creepypasta was my favorite. Even named a Shiny Bronzong I got Hell Bell after the Pasta and it still kept its name.

The first creepypasta I've ever listened to on YouTube was Lonely Pikachu at around 9, 10 or 11 years old, idk. I partially remember but I think it's about the Pikachu from Yellow who got traded to the narrator for another pokemon (I think it was for pokedex completion) but when he wanted to trade it back, the pikachu refused, because it though its trainer abandoned it and the game shows images of Pikachu slowly getting sadder and sadder until it lets itself die. It was more sad than creepy and I remember that It saddened me so much that I started thinking about sad pokemons at night when just like how the narrator said that he dreamed about sad pokemon after the death of the Pikachu. Edit : i just remembered that after the pikachu's death, we can find a tombstone next to the player's house or the professor's lab with written on it : "here lies Pikachu, dead from loneliness"

I once read a psychological horror creepypasta about Blue going insane after the death of his Raticate, like INSANE insane, breaking the forth wall and scary stuff, but never hyper-realistic blood. I actually kinda liked it, but I did forget about most of it. I think he was SO UPSET that his Raticate died that he became sentient within the game???? It was SUPER obscure and on some just as obscure site I believe. I forgot what it was called.

"If a hypno tried hypnotizing me, I'd simply just close my eyes and start whacking it..." Spontaneous whacking it does ruin most situations.

I still say that one of the best Creepypastas related to Pokémon that I ever read was Strangled Red. I think that because it feels… I guess more grounded in reality than others? The game itself is just a hack and the player themselves isn’t really in any danger since the game isn’t truly haunted. But just the way that it is written is fascinating to me.

I just love ”snow on mount silver” creepypasta, it’s actually one of the better ones

i remember being so scared of that lavander town creepypasta that when i got to lavender town in pokemon leaf green i stopped playing it because i didnt want to die lol
  • @andreblueboy6019
Yeah some of the creepy pastas not gonna lie are a bit lame, but you got to admit that there are still a bit creepy to learn about in all honesty, for example the lost silver one, which not gonna lie it creeps me out a bit, and for real the characters in general is what creeps me out the most in my opinion, still good to learn about them never the least, good job with this!

"Come little children don't be scared" ~ Part right out of Hypno's Lullaby
  • I used to believe that the Lavender Town creepypasta was real Especially seeing how an actual Pokemon episode sent people to the hospital Also Hypno lullaby is the reason why i don't like Hypno to this day (...and because i think Drowzee is really ugly)
  • @vixenixel
Damn, I got jumpscared by the Hypno's lullaby name drop. Especially since it literally just got an announcement that it was no longer cancelled yesterday. Love my Pokemon and FNF brain rot colliding from time to time.
  • The white part of the Lost Silver hack was actually a different creepypasta, Snow On Mt. Silver! It was put in as an easter egg if you type in "Snow" with the Unown Pokédex.
  • @alphtheor.879
the scariest Pokémon creepy pasta out there is the announcement that game freak is getting rid of shinies. across all games and the next time you connect any game to the internet all your shinies will turn into regular Pokémon, and all you shinies in HOME and GO are already converted!
  • @ultraswaggaming
Fun fact, the Hypno's Lullaby FNF mod is back in development! So, if the community doesn't do what it usually does it should come out by Halloween this year. It'll be fireee 💪💪
  • 7:49 It might as well be. Since the reason it got cancelled is because people tried to leak the game. Normally getting cancelled and then "Twitter Cancelled" are basically the same thing. You either lose motivation for the project or Twitter users taint the project into the ground like they always do. Or both if you're very unlucky.
