Rafaela Is The Best Healer Top Global Build | Mobile Legends Gameplay 2024

I never build enchanted talisman, just using common emblem + 1st item Thunderbelt, warrior boots, NoD, Flask of the oasis, Oracle, Cursed Helmet (to maximize slow for the tunderbelt) + spell revitalize and talent Impure rage + 4% speed + 10% speed in jungle, I prefer warrior boots over tough boots because I can tank through a bit of CC and I welcome enemy to wasted their skils on me anyway and skill 2 can speed me through slowness while blocking basic attack is important since a lot of MM and assassin have their attack counted as basic attack too and to me warrior boots feel stronger both in early game and late game against MM. that is my build since project next several years ago, before project next I used magic emblem + CoD + lightning truncheon type of rafaela.
