Back-To-School Icebreaker – Tap and Clap Name Drama Game
2023-09-11に共有
In this video, you'll learn a quick and easy way to break the ice and help students become more comfortable speaking English with this fun clap name game.
If you're about to teach your first English lesson to new students who might be nervous, and you're unsure where to begin or what to do, this clap name game is a fun way to create a welcoming environment and encourage students to get to know each other, even if their English skills are limited.
In this activity, students channel their energy, coordinate their movements, and introduce themselves, promoting teamwork and building rapport among them.
Begin slowly and see how fast students catch on to the beat and have fun introducing themselves! They'll learn each other's names super-fast, and it's a unique way to step away from the usual "What's your name? My name is..." routine.
Give it a try and let me know how it turns out!
Wishing you the best of luck on your first day back at school!
