My grandfather who is 82 years old decided he wanted knee surgery on November 9th. He has dementia. He hasn't pulled through after the surgery. Today on Thanksgiving Day is his first time eating through a feeding tube. My grandmother, after losing her son my father 3 years ago is strong amd never shows if she is struggling but she hasn't left my grandfather's side. Not during this or in the 62 years. Dear good please keep these amazing human beings around as long as possible and let my grandfather put through this please dear Lord. Brother I'm 37 not married and no children. Some days I wish it was different but as I'm getting older as well I understand maybe it wasn't in the cards I was dealt. I still have a great life and great family and friends. I'm free and I live on my own. Alot of my friends say they are jealous and I understand that but sometimes they don't understand how lonely it is at night lol. I don't know what I'm trying to say.
