Give this intense 5 minute at home forearm workout a try! You get a full forearm workout without having to leave your house. Also, this works as a killer circuit to do at the gym more toward the end of your weighted forearm workout since it's bodyweight only. Routines like this are great for those who travel and want to get a workout in too! No weights are needed. Your forearms will be feeling it the next day due to how effective this circuit is! 5 exercises, 1 minute long each. Follow along with the video if you'd like, a timer is run throughout on the screen!

    To any ladies wondering if this works; GOD it does! The pain is worth it, it means its working, let the burn be your motivator because it sure is mine. I've been doing this for about three weeks now as a finisher to another arm workout and I can feel the muscle that built in my forearms without even flexing and it's satisfying knowing I got to this point. It makes me feel so strong and so confident. Wishing EVERYONE luck, taking breaks is better than quitting, love yourselves

    Now today is end of week 5 results were super amazing this week now when im finshed doing the workouts my veins stick out for a couple of minutes instead of seconds so yeah totally proud after my progress and still working hard to improve my forearms see everyone at the end of week 6 🤪

    Its 1 month of practicing his #1 & #2 forearm exersise with break after every 3 days. From having a lean forearm to getting them into shape, it just took a month..I am really confident towards my arms now...i am short of words to thank this guy for his videos❤️..Now i am able to defeat my friend easily in arm wrestling 😜

Thank you for showing me, I workout 5 times a week approximately (only weights, no cardio because I’m working on quitting my smokes first, literally can’t run for more than a minute and then I’m out of breath for the next 5.) and this will be a video that I put on those 5 times a week!   • i only started working out a week ago, since i'm a very skinny kid and been wanting to get stronger and bigger after all my friends at my school started making comments on how weak and skinny i was, this as well as your 2nd forearm workout is one of the workouts ive been doing, and after only one week, i definitely feel like i'm seeing a few changes, specially i see some veins appearing which i had never seen before, so thanks for making this vid : )
