"Please, excuse my driving skills guys", then goes full initial-d with double drift and a clean steer out

Thanks for these updated impressions. I checked out their forums and people who ordered in 2022 still haven't received them. Unless they drastically scale up production, which doesn't seem likely, it doesn't look like new orders will arrive until late Winter or maybe even later. Bummer.

grats on getting doom running, tmk you were the first. i was hoping i'd be but congratulations nonetheless.

Sweet. I always get a nostalgic kick from that airwolf theme. I'd try some old DOS games with this. Should make the keyboard more useful.

It looks like there is some kind of vertical screen tearing showing up in some of the games (Sonic) in the middle of the screen. Can you confirm if that shows up on the uConsole screen itself, or if that might be from your camera instead?

when raspberry comes out with a CM5 would you be able to swap out the CM4?

Really neat, how much are these and where to buy
  • Nice video. Please can you tell us, if this device fit in a jean's pocket ? Also, how long does the battery last ? What about the weight ? Thanks a lot.

Any chance you were able to configure the buttons/keyboard on the uconsole itself, or were you forced to use a controller? I am not able to get ES to recognize anything except the ABXY buttons and taking a controller around with me isn't an option. I've also been trying to find a way to manually configure these with no luck. It's like it completely loses the keyboard once ES is launched. If ANYONE can help, I'd really appreciate it!

still waiting. i plan to cancel my order right before it reaches the limit of where you can no longer get a refund. i don’t expect them to deliver but keeping the order status because it is a cool product. just the supply & demand and wait for delivery is terrible.

Is there any way you can post a video as to how you got retropie working on the Clockwork there is literally an entire reddit community for this thing specifically for that reason and cannot use it because it won't let you update I can get the script to run but it fails to install every single item and there is zero documents or videos on how to get it working as it is bot plug and play like on a pie. Everybody's got videos of it working but nobody has a how-to video you would make a lot of people's day.
