    Greetings from Kenya. I make a similar recipe as foloqs 50g sugar 100g butter salted 150g self raising floor 1 tsp vanilla essence 2tsp milk Method Mix butter sugar milk and vanilla essence by hand round and round till you cant feel the sugar grains. Then sieve the 150g self raising floor and knead till it doesnt stick on you. Make a sausage roll and cut into 15 pieces. Roll into balls and press with hand to flatten slightly. Then bake in oben at 180 for 15 mins till goldeñj

    That recipe is an old favourite of mine and the cookies are absolutely delicious, but I sometimes do a 50-50 mix of butter and crunchy peanut butter.
