    i think its 90% painter skill , 10% gun.
  • @RJ-nh9hw
I like the flow out, however, you should show us the finished work, de-masked, out in the sun, multiple angles to verify color match. That would certify your blending skills (which begin with mixing the paint, etc.). I would hire you just for the clean bench in the one shot...and promoting keeping the gun's exterior clean too! Well done, amigo!

I've been looking at the Black Widow for awhile. Thank you for the review. I trust your opinion over others that dont have the experience like you. I just want my vehicles to look nice without breaking the bank.
  • Great vid. It was all good, but, IMO the best info was the blending angle and distance, the slight air pressure adjustment for the clear, plus the steps on how to clean the gun! Those are the bits of info that too many people skip or just miss. Thanks!
  • @Quantum-Omega
That's the type of attention to detail I like, proper colour matching, surface prep and each slight layer to restore luster, well done.
  • @xaploq1
Honestly looks like technique is a major contributor as well not just the tools
  • @ahlers1977
Been using the original Black Widow for 2 years doing garage jobs & it's been fantastic!
  • @swiftWord
I thank you for your review of the Master Pro Series 44! Thats the one I went with and it has been serving me well. I am primarily a mechanic but now able to do jobs without having to farm, them out.
  • @alexcole9890
My 2 cents on the longevity: I've had the 1.0 for a year and a half now spraying sealer every day on an average of 6 or 7 jobs a day. The sealer I use is an old school epoxy thinned to desire. I LEAVE the epoxy in my gun over night/over weekends and clean it the following morning (don't judge me I'm testing this baby out) It has held up well and sprays the same today as it has when I bought it. I get a lot of shit for using a harbor freight gun but I've done over a million dollars worth of collision wprocess. this gun being one little step in the process The black coating on the air cap will come off over time but the gun body coating itself is nearly indestructible

With the exception of ths swivel that none of the reviewers are liking, it looks like the gun can yield great results with different brands of paints and clears! Thanks Brian top notch job looks fantastic!
  • @brcron007

Excellent video on your project and great review on HF Gun! Nice technics and great information for gun setup, distance, blend and how to! Your camera man did a great job as well, no tennis match watching! Thanks for sharing!
  • @garywright8073
Thank you for this! I trust your skill and experience as I have watched alot of your videos. I was looking at this gun and now I'm sure I'm buying a good gun.
  • @Justins00ss
Love my original blackwidow. Sprayed my 06 gto with it and did the front bumper on my Viper with it. I do like how the 2.0 moved the fan control.
  • @spaminacan6039
You could double up a couple layers of heat shrink tubing to lock down that swivel fitting.
  • @bobbilly351
As a temporary fix for the swivel, you could try installing a small hose clamp (hose screw clamp) across it, to prevent rotational movement.
  • @be6722
    Thank you for the review!
