Temu is the new place for cheap stuff on the internet, but are their tools any good?

Isn’t Temu under investigation for literally being malware lmao
  • @bgl11
It's silly to call Amazon items "brand name"; they're the same Chinesium, just without the loss-leader discounts Temu is offering to get their malware on everyone's phones lol
  • @129spitfire
Love the idea of them continuing this and just collecting a wall rack of swords 😂
  • @EATSxBABIES
The best part about installing Temu is all the new friends that call you about your vehicles extended warranty after they sell your info
  • @Kaisolostudio
That impact driver was surprising 😂 but I’d be more surprised if it lasted longer than a week

It would be cool to keep the tools around the shop and see how long they hold up

Good stuff but a couple notes of constructive criticism for you. 1. If you notice the coils on the snake, they only go in the tightening direction, you can’t reverse it like you did trying to take off a bolt. Also with that one you didn’t compare a more expensive model which would have done the same thing. If you could maybe loosen something with it, a wood screw would be the extent. 2. When testing the strength of the 1/4 adapters, you used a stubby socket, which only applied torque to the area before the necked down portion of the bit which is there to lock it into a bit driver. When installed into a bit driver this area doesn’t see torque as the load is spread across the upper and lower 1/4 area. Next time use a deep socket 1/4 and see what the difference is. Should be upwards of around 120 ft/lbs Love the show though. You guys are entertaining. Thanks for what you do

Seeing James and Justin in full ass “m’lady” mall ninja gear was something I didn’t know I needed
  • @ThatJeepGuy2007
Definitely a clever idea, Temu is known for its horrific quality.

Thank you guys for all the entertaining videos. I have a issue with my neck and have been bedridden for days. Watching these makes me happy and keeps me from going crazy while waiting to recover. You guys are life savers.

For reference, you should "warm up" your torque wrenches before using them. Set it to 95-100% of its rated torque value and then pop it 6-12 times in the direction youll be torquing. This just gets the spring moving and happy before torquing stuff down.
  • Fingers crossed we get Tool Party back. Definitely a great show or more How Tos would be great
  • I love how Nolan’s project car is sitting in the background… it’s almost like an art piece now
  • @StardustADV
You need to do more of these, need to see Temu VS snap on for socket wrenches, screwdrivers, and more!
  • @luisorozco9163
I watched this video while wearing the same shirt as James
  • @flurpoid
Y'all could do a Hi-low engine rebuild kinda thing, one team gets cheap tools and the other gets expensive ones.
  • @Sir_Cactus
Reminds me of the time my father told me about the time he "tested" a cheap impact driver when after his good one finally broke after years of use. It apparently immediatly caught fire.
  • @bradpoer
Fun vid, boys! Really happy to see how comfortable Justin is getting on camera. He really had me giggling at some of the faces and reactions he was giving on this one. Great work as always!
  • @terabyte7979
You'll definitely need the "Night Vision" while "Endoscoping" .
