  • “When they speak Michael Jordan they should speak Scottie Pippen” - Michael Jordan
  • But I don't understand, Scottie legit had almost an entire episode on his backstory and amazing rise, his skills, etc. I thought he had just as much, if not more, praise than Dennis and the others? And the obvious praise from MJ himself about Pip being his greatest teammate and essentially that the 6 couldn't be done without him.
  • I’ve commented on other channels concerning this topic, but Scottie’s recent behavior just makes me appreciate Mike and Phil more. That those teams won like they did with all of this mess going on behind the scenes is truly amazing.
  • After hearing Pippen, and reading his book, I decided just to go out and buy 3 pairs of Air Jordans just for the hell of it.
  • Mj even said, you can't say Michael Jordan without saying pippen. I wouldn't have 6 rings without him.
  • Let's be real. 1) Jordan's father passed and that was his best friend. Cmon now! 2) The documentary actually gave Scottie a lot of respect. I know I have for me. Plus felt bad he was stuck in that contract. At this point, it just sounds like he's both jealous and insecure. Blessings to him though.
  • It's hard to lose a son. It's hard to have your ex-wife leave you and very publicly cheat on you. He's obviously just in a bad place right now. Some people's comments here are vicious.
  • @JC-se8mi
I wish Chuck and MJ got back together. They were golden together.
  • I think the whole thing is not just about Pippen trying to sell a book, it's more like Scottie once again let his emotion got the better of him, just like what he did when Phil Jackson let Kukoc taking that last shot against Knicks.
  • The saddest part is that almost everyone who watched the Last Dance thought it put everyone in a great light. Rodman, Pippen, Jackson, Kerr, everyone. Just a great team, a great time. I just can't imagine someone watching it and thinking "oh they're picking on Scottie Pippen."
  • Michael Jordan and Scottie pippen had a working on the court relationship that was successful but nothing more than that. Happens everyday folks, even in your own lives. Everyone can't be friends and don't need to be friends folks. Happens every day.
  • @Dymez510
As far as Pippen refusing to check back in during the playoff game for the last shot, I can’t defend him on that because they gave him the ball and he had 2 chances and missed to seal the game. Phil decided to go back to a designed play for Kukoc that worked during the regular season. Scottie should’ve respected that. He was wrong there.
  • “He likes to play golf, fish, and smoke cigars. When you get old, there’s only so much you can do.” - Realest thing I ever heard.
  • He turned on the man that helped him reach superstar status. Jordan even gave him the upmost compliment that he never gave anyone. He said there would be no Jordan without Pippen.
  • Scottie is a weirdo, dude Mj literally said their is no MJ or 6 rings without Scottie, no one was dissing him. The stuff about his contract, and not going back in the game happened, so they included it in the documentary, its not like they were lying or made things up.
  • I would have never thought Michael Jordan & Scottie Pippen would be in odds with each other.
  • Wow! Excited for this full interview. The legend, Charles Oakley!!
  • it was weird for me, the scottie stuff. the last dance was based on that one year and scottie held out for a large part of that year. so of course you wont be shown as much over the course of the documentary.
  • It's not even that...... Who ended that Documentary thinking... "I see Pip worse now"<<< No one.... while yes they touched on the quit game...and the contract situation..... I think by then end of the Doc...just BASED ON HOW THEY PRESENTED SCOTTIE in the Doc . and hell actually how they presented everyone in the Doc.....<
