    Who is he to assume or determine that Roque was not pressuring Pagcor to approve the application for operation of Pogo? Roque was the former spokesman of Duterte whose name can make one aware of his capabilities to harm those who stand in the ways of his trusted people which up to this time we cannot just ignore in other words the mere recognition of the man in behalf of the applicant instill fear !

    Yun six times nagfollow up at wala siya kaugnayan sa business as he claims is consider lobying isnt it? Especally when he use his power as former cabinet to influence the decision. Your honor? There is nothing wrong with lobying however if it is involve in criminality then you condoning isnt it your honor? How about if he received payment for his action and services then what is his total involvement your honor?,
