28:00 "Is that not a jellyfish!?" "...Not fish. Not a fish." This becomes so much funnier when you know Grian was a marine biologist. UNIQUELY qualified to know what is and what isn't a fish. (Jellyfish are NOT fish, they are cnidarians. Technically speaking a fish is a vertebrate.) (EDIT: I am learning in the comments that technically speaking a fish both isn't an actual family of animals and also that we're fish. I love biology.)

Watching the Permit Office evolve has been incredible. It started off tedious and annoying, gained a distinct unsettling feeling with the instalation of the basment, became a legitimate business for April Fools Day, and now its just outright corrupt, all without losing what made the shenanigans so enjoyable to watch.
