Domestic Violence not about Race, Gender or Creed. Don't let them devide us to create more violence.

In Australia this year already we have lost too many people to domestic and family violence. I personally have been through a terrible amount of pain and grief from violence in the home and I unfortunately did not suffer it alone. I did not understand back then the impact it would have on my family or on myself in the future. Here I am today dealing with complex PTSD due to many years of trauma and while I claim to be a survivor I don't mind telling you that most days are so hard that I still feel I am the victim.

Please watch this video I put a lot of effort into it and how I feel about the subject. If this one goes well I will be making more like it.
Stay safe out there, be kind, and Lots of love and hugs to you

  • I think violence has got worse because of all the stress we are under now the cost of living and the struggle to keep going
