When you have been homeless, you learn that there is no greater treasure than home. Its a sanctuary and a comfort.

After 35 years, I am listening to something truly wonderful. Thank God that I have a home, food, and sleep in safety.

I believe that somewhere in the world, there are people who feel the same emotions that I feel when I listen to masterpieces like this song.

This songs brings tears to my eyes. Reminds me when I was homeless and addicted to drugs and I'd walk the streets thinking no one cared. Been clean and sober nearly 17 years now and this songs still takes me back to a dark place 😔

I was homeless 35 years across 46 states, so this speaks to me.
