What weather fear-porn is this? NHC at this hour says "0% chance of cyclone formation in next 48 hours". And you're telling folk that you're 'tracking' something that may not come into existence? Oh, wait, you said it yourself: "it's too early to determine if it's a threat." The last half of this video is backpedalling on the first half's breathless assertions. .
