Day 1 of AC chemotherapy & my TERRIBLE cold cap experience!

I had my first AC chemotherapy treatment (Adriamycin Cytoxan) with a cold cap which is intended to help prevent hair loss.     Im sorry youve had this awful experience. I am luckily 'one of these pepole' who is doing cold capping. Today i have had my 7th treatment of 12. I am aware this can be pysically and psychologically stressful and painful but i would respectfully encourage anyone whos thinking about it to give it a go if its important to you, as individuals we should make informed decisions. TOTAL respect to you for giving it a go ❤ ❤ ❤

    God be with you and give you strength 😞. I am so sorry. This was very upsetting, but for those who have to deal with this. It’s better to get an idea of different experiences. 😞🙏🏻
