I had this idea in my new Skyrim playtrough to try and use the Emperors voice as an Imperial on the Imperials inside the Helgen keep at the beginning of my Skyrim playtrough. I thought it's a pretty interesting gaming moment and wanted to share it with you fellas, enjoy the video.
