If you want to learn more about Ethos Redstone contraptions, check out my video about the Minecraft Inventions That Changed the World: https://youtu.be/6ZyJYWXsqRA and thanks for watching!

Etho is one of, if not the greatest Minecraft Youtubers of all time and I'm proud to call him my friend. ❤
  • Etho said himself only a couple of weeks ago that he is also the most modest man who ever lived.

the thing thats so charming about etho is not that he hasnt changed but he has just improved
  • Worth noting: Etho is also largely responsible for the advent of block-update detection systems, coining the term BUD-switch 11 years ago. 5 years later, Mojang would introduce the observer block to replicate the functionality of advanced, glitch-reliant block-update detection systems that were being patched out (although Etho's original design could still work to this day).

In an age of hyper-dopamine content, etho remains a pillar of chill content and slower-paced but still well-done videos.

I remember being a young teenager and watching his videos every night right before bed, found his videos very soothing. He was a huge inspiration! Thanks Etho! ❤

Most loyal subscribers indeed. We travel around like a cult whenever he's mentioned or shows up in a video. 😂
  • You forgot to talk about Team Canada. Plus the reason he has only done 11 videos on his create world is because of the events that happened with his family. He was going through a lot and we all wanted till he was ready and able to come back.

This video is missing a major part of early Etho history. He was a major presence in the Race for the Wool and other early minecraft PvP formats. The midnight society is how he ended up meeting a lot of the Minecrack guys
  • I'll watch anything Etho uploads simply because it's Etho. I've been watching him for over a decade and he never fails to reignite my passion for minecraft. I love that almost everyone I've seen in the minecraft community treats him like some kind of living legend when he'll be the first to tell you he's just a normal guy.

Etho is the only youtuber I have notifications on for. He truly is my comfort content.
  • @JEM_Tank
Still amazing that Etho and Sparklez are still running with Minecraft like it's 2013 and rockin' it

Etho's still bar-none my favorite youtuber, the small things he does like refusing to ask for likes or subscriptions, and the sheer quality of his videos is what makes him, in my humble opinion, the best minecraft youtuber around.
  • I'm a simple fan...I see "Etho" and I click. Man got me through life, hellish high school, and made me laugh when I was down. Been watching his channnel for 12 years. Crazy to remember watching him as a kid and now I'm a full grown adult leaving college. He has one of the most loyal fanbases I've ever seen, and he deserves all of it.
  • I am crying inside right now, I have memory issues both short and long term so I often forget things and this video gave me IMMENSE nostalgia because I remember as a kid watching Ethos videos, as someone just getting back into Minecraft again properly you have no idea how helpful this reminder is for me.

The Ethohopperclock is probably one of thee most recognizable and famous redstone contraptions in the redstone world. It should have been mentioned.
