Publicado 2021-09-11
We take a look at some Chinese cloisonne vase items from the MET collection from the Ming and Qing dynasties. These items are all real with known provenance that helps establish their age. By inspecting them, we can gain insights to other items which may or may not be real. Thanks for watching! We appreciate it so much.

Great video! For what it's worth, those aren't wear holes. Those are holes left from impurities on the copper surface that, during firing, bubbled up through the enamel and popped on the surface.

Hello Sir Can I trouble you? Perhaps send me an email. I recently discovered by chance that I have had unknowingly a cloisonné item from I believe the Qing dynasty. I would much appreciate any comments. Thanks
