Traveling to Kauai

This is day 1 & 2 of the week Angie and I spent in Hawaii. It was a long day getting there and a quick turnaround back to the airport but once we made it to Kauai we herein 100% vacation mode. We had a great time driving around the beautiful island stopping at several beaches and viewpoints. We had a strenuous hike planned for the next couple days so we just wanted to take this one easy.

The hotel we stayed at is called The ISO, the rooms were nothing special but they were clean, functioning, and ours did have a beautiful view from the balcony. It's on the cheaper side for beachfront resorts and we found it to be solid value and perfect for what we needed. They have a restaurant and bar on property as well but we didn't try it.
