I’ve taught several friends and they have good results. I feel like it’s an uphill battle to get the guidelines changed. I would love to see all keto/ketovore/carnivore folks together we could raise millions to do some good research.

You would almost think they were trying to kill us off. Almost.

Another fantastic video. I have read your book and it's one of the best ever. I am 100%Carnivore and plenty of fat, never felt better.

Great interview with one of my favorite authors. However, I would suggest you just let your guest talk and not interject your own ideas and beliefs into the interview. Even if you have the same ideas, interrupting your guest disrupts their train of thought and presentation. Nina is brilliant and can probably answer any question you might want to ask, if you wait until she finishes her answer to your question. Because of this the conversation was all over the place. It’s good technique for successful interviewing to learn not to interrupt and allow the speaker to do what they are there to do, speak.
  • I admire Nina and have watched and read her work, it changed my view on things dramatically (not that it needed any help). What continues to bother me, is with the importance of this topic and the effects it potentinally has on public health, WHY does it not warrant a full scale investagation by the powers that be to finally once and for all expose all aspects good or bad and end this debate on health "for the good of all people"?... oh wait I just answered my own question, MONEY, DAMN PEOPLES HEALTH!

I am a huge fan of Serena and Nina both; thanks for a great interview! 🙏 But in defense of my home state I must point out that Ancel Keys came from MINNESOTA, not Michigan.
  • Y'all, this video needs more exposure. Share it. Then share it again. Keep sharing it. Remind others to share it.

You ladies "knocked it out of the park" with this video. The nutrition misinformation and non-science being spewed by our public health agencies is appalling. We need to share this video with all our friends and relatives, especially those who have children!

Im actually coming off adhd meds and its awful and extremely hard. Using high fats to help. Praying everyday. Was on ritalin at age 33 to 42. One year break when pregnant.
  • @mayforddavis9291
Same can be said for "limiting salt". That was based, to my understanding, on a very small sample size and because of power & MONEY we have this false premise regarding the essential nutrient SALT from out diet. Thank you NINA for your great work.
  • You need Robert Kennedy junior on your side. He loves to go after Organizations like big Farma, big food.
