I'm a service electrician & not long ago I had a work order for this house that had a biden 2024 sign (rather small compared to almost all the neighbors who had Trump 2024 signs in their yards) & a jeep (2wd at that) in his driveway. Guess what I did? My job, that's what I did. I gave that homeowner the same service I give everyone. I was professional, maybe I didn't have a casual conversation with him. But I still did my job & made sure the work was done up to code.

I'm a child of the 60's.. My father's approach to this issue? "Son, you can either put your shoes on immediately or I will knock you into next week, put your shoes on while you are unconscious, carry your limp body out and put you into the trunk of the car, so we can get to where we're going, and no one will hear you screaming when you wake up." We usually had our shoes on before he was done talking. Yes, this is sarcasm, my father was an awesome Dad and never abused us, so relax.

Live on the second floor of an apartment in the Philippines. The manager had a house outside my front door and made soy sauce for the restaurants and to individuals. Pagpag is the Tagalog term for leftover food from restaurants (usually from fast food restaurants) scavenged from garbage sites and dumps.[1][2] Pagpag food can also be expired frozen meat, fish, or vegetables discarded by supermarkets and scavenged in garbage trucks where this expired food is collected.[3] The word in the Tagalog language literally means "to shake off the dust or dirt", and refers to the act of shaking the dirt off of the edible portion of the leftovers. Pagpag can be eaten immediately after it is found, or can be cooked in a variety of ways. Never eat street food from a street vendor in the Philippines. It's better to starve first.
