The lights are blinding.
The drums are deafening.

Shiva tandav symbolises destruction but that destruction is only for destroying the negativity and create new positivity. Also shiva's tandav roop is so scary, nobody can stop him because he himself takes the form of kaal(death) the loaded gun in the hand of policeman is a symbol of that. Here the policeman's dance symbolises tandav which destroys all his frustration and anxiety and the smile which comes on his face when he looks at the smiling faces of his wife and daughter symbolises the creation of new positive life energy.

surely man, devashish just presented his heart out. I mean all the frustration could be seen inside the directors mind while he was just stepping into the boots of becoming a director. excellent work devashish.

Don't remember the last time I got such a fulfilling experience after watching a short film. Hats off to Mr. Makhija. Direction, Cinematography, Editing and specially the Sound and Acting are all wonderful. A lot of people can give vent to their own frustrations through this Taandav. Kindly post the soundtrack as well, if possible. This really is a masterclass on quality short film-making.

I would rate this movie 10/10 .. in this 10 minutes i saw class acting..rather watch this 10 minutes movie than some big budget rubbish for 3 hours ! Hats off to MB sir you are gr8 !

I was so scared that something bad will happen till the end. But when I saw her daughter and wife smile. I was so relieved. Kudos to Manoj Vaajpayee. He is a acting powerhouse. Waiting for Aligarh sir. Its been a long time since I watched a bollywood movie.
