Dude, Your topology lessons are great! I wish You continued this series as I myself have some topology issues I struggle to fix
  • @ianmcglasham
You are overthinking it. I like that you are looking for solutions to the 5 spoked poles which appear but you are doing things in the wrong order. If you inest (or more correctly outset) the semicircular cut out before you delete it. You will have the correct topology with the 8 16 or 32 resolution cylinder. All of these control loop you are trying to add are not really how we would make these things. The ngons are not necessary at all.

7:36 Pinching/creasing like that often occurs when you have nearby parallel lines that don't fan out
  • @eitantal726
Why do you keep applying the mirror modifier? Just keep it enabled
  • Just one hint for future videos: For a tutorial your video output is way too nervous. The jumping perspectives in subsecond intervals are very tiring to the human eye and as a result watching what you are doing is no fun. Just resist the temptation of permanently rotating and zooming your viewpoint and your videos gain a lot. Another service to the audience would be to show the keys pressed. Your contents deserves better because basically you do a good job.
  • "I will educate you about 3D modeling. Starts adding a cylinder and delete all except the top, change the pivot point and move the object to center instead just adding a circle from beginning."

Please whats your mesh count on this... I achieved similar result but I think over 3k vertices is too much for this shape

14:30 Unfair comparison! The first object kites are much sharper than this one. It has less loops too. Use a fair comparison to prove that extra resolution is needed

7:12 Please don't confuse the term 'Apply' and 'Enable'. Very big difference

My god you did a simple thing in such a hard way . please make your videos more simpler next time . any way nice work
