Anyone who has ever had their intellectual property stolen actually understands why Blackmoon sued them. It's really frustrating when more popular brands steal from smaller brands thinking that they won't get called out for it. JS and Manny blatantly ripped them off.

Second logo is much cooler. Also trademark infringement is a huge deal. Makeup is not exuded of it and just because your faves are involved in it doesn't exclude them. Imagine if Black Moon cosmetics were to suddenly get popular and then had a bunch of Jeffree and Manny's fans talking shit about how they copied them and then accuse them of trademark infringement when they've actually had the logo for longer? Most of you wouldn't be singing the same the song then.

Yeah, it's big bank for thr rest of us, but after seeing how Manny came to Black Moon, talking about liking their packaging, it looks too suspicious. They should have at least tried to make it look different. Just my opinion. My conspiracy, allegedly.
