Intel has rolled out the red carpet for Zen 5. Crazy timing
  • Btw i use Ai overclock not sure with stock settings i will check..and also forgot to mention 400 Amps it really does not go beyond 270 Amps when i see it on HW

V=IR; I=V/R; R=V/I. You’re correct that as the current increases, voltage drops. That’s why you always see your voltage drop under load unless you’re having overshoot issues

Could you post the URLs in your description to the archived pages?
  • I have i9 13900k and use p1 150/p2 253 disable unlimited power and svid Auto vcore Auto with negative 0.040 with this my cpu runs 1..3.85 to 1.4 v and clock speeds of 5.7-5.9 sometimes 6

I had some crazy stuff happen the other day when uninstalling Intel XTU where it overvolted my 14700k to 1.67v. The kicker Is that I never Had any Settings applied within XTU EVER and only installed it to check it out. All changes i have done are through the bios only yet somehow after uninstalled all a sudden my fans went nuts and I opened HWinfo only to find this insane voyage being applied. So I shut the computer down ASAP and when I went to restart I went directly into my bios only to see the same voltage of 1.672 being applied and immediately shut down again and did a ClrCmos which then it went back to normal. Totally concerned I may have caused some damage with this issue that happened and would love to hear someone else's thoughts on this and if I should be concerned. Honestly I never once had and changes made within XTU and really makes me upset this happened. also I am running an Asrock Nova Motherboard for the record.
  • My Asus z790 Hero cooked the shit out of my 13900k because it loaded Asus OC Profile by default and kept my cpu spiking to 90c constantly to get max performance during my intense web page viewing. I just started an RMA on the cpu because it can't even run Starfield with Intel Baseline Profile without crashing every few minutes.
  • If the CPU cannot reach the advertised boost frequencies without crashing, this means that this is out of spec and issued false specs. This should be enough to RMA the CPU..
  • You are showing your CPU boosting to its max allcore turbo, and you do not show any load-scenario either.
