This is a great video but I will say I got monitized in 5 weeks doing vlogmas this past Christmas! I just want to encourage anyone reading this. You can do this with just your iPhone. A inexpensive tripod would be very helpful. But that’s it! You don’t need all the things before you even start! Blessings to you all!

Awesome video. I am small YouTuber, and I think that for small channels the most important thing is to get good presence from the beginning. If you are not popular, people won't care even if you have the best videos and the best content on platform. I am not beginner anymore, but I know how hard it can be (and honestly if I didn't use a lot of Fame- ster, I would have quit a long time ago. It made everything much easier for me, especially getting to 1000 subs and view hours).

Thanks Erin, you were definitely of my favs to watch when I started taking YouTube seriously! I am one of the “slow growth” channels but I appreciate the journey and believe it’s preparing me for the success with appropriate timing. It took me about a year to monetize, then I was getting paid every 3 months, now every other month and hopefully in July every month. Trust the process fellow YouTubers, be authentic, make it fun, never stop learning and evolving and DO NOT GIVE UP!
