It's funny that Cory said the nurses are giving him Harley Quinn vibes when the nurses are voiced by Tara Strong who also did the voice for Harley Quinn in Batman The Animated Series.

The reason the nurse on the phone was giving you Harley Quinn vibes was probably because she was voiced by Tara Strong, who voiced Harley Quinn in multiple renditions of the character. Along with some versions of Batgirl and Raven (She also voiced Timmy Turner, Bubbles from power puff girls, twilight sparkle, etc. Look she's the voice of our childhoods)
