Hi Kevin, hope you are feeling better. I think with alot of us on youtube, we just want to do our sessions and youtube is just a way of sharing. If we loose focus on the communication and focus two much on who sees our recordings, the communication suffers because the right intention is important. But wishing you a full and speedy recovery.

Hi Kevin, glad to hear your feeling better, smoking is one of the hardest battles and challenges my father faced after his heart surgery, sure is a tuff one to kick the addiction of nicotine, I quit 12 years ago... I tried the nicotine patches, the chewing gum, nasal spray all nicotine based, but after a few weeks in I cracked and had a smoke. I finally quit following Alan Carr's easy way to stop smoking found it great help in changing the way I thought of smoking and that done the trick. So I know how hard it can be for a person to quit, so no judgment here :) And well said on contacting spirits of light, rather than contacting the negative like so many do on YouTube.
