How about just move the container off the side of the freeway. There is nothing more the CHP loves is a total freeway shutdown.

My advice to people when you travel always take plenty of water and food .. it's better to be safe than sorry..

If you are driving to Cali from Vegas, make sure you have enough water and food and a bunch of flashlights with you. In some part of 15 freeway there are no towns along freeway so if there are no towns there will be no cell phones . At night there are no lights along free everywhere. If you are not near towns you cannot use your cell phone and call for help and also no one can you.
