The story about the young girl and her older brother (in Europe) in the middle of the woods in the winter, listening to some unknown creature wailing and carrying on was eerie and creepy asf. That's one is gonna stick with me, I think. Great stories, Joel - thank you

Honestly I might assume that the creature screaming from the forest was a lynx that came to check the house out. They can sound just like screaming humans when they are yelling at each other, so it wouldn't be impossible that a lynx came to another one's territory, got yelled away and it ran to the house.

I legit couldn't watch the live version last night and I waited in excitement all day for this video. The calm you give me is overwhelming, I've never been one to been keen on keeping up with YouTubers, podcasts, ECT. but I recently realized I've literally listened to everything you've ever done. Edit to my comment: even my 4 year old knows and LOVES to listen to Mama's "stories". My younger daughter doesn't like it but taking my kid to preschool, listening to let's read and him getting so excited for it, showing my morbidity love... Some of my best memories. 🖤

I am semi new to the let's read community, but I have loved my time here! Whether I'm working in silence, driving or falling asleep There's always a good time to turn on one of your videos! I love your voice and the change in tones thru out the stories. It has been alittle transition that there is no visuals to follow along with, but none the less.. these vids are awesome.
