My son just graduated from high school plus he received his welding certificate as well from his secondary school so I definitely forwarded this to him. Just awesome welds .

I love this guy. He doesn't talk. He just direct to the point. 👌 Action speaks louder than words they say. 🔥

you answered a question for me! can you cut the rods and still use the them to weld good with?
  • @ManojVarsani
You are a master of bond. Nice welding and very useful. Thanks bro. Please upload round pipe welding demo.

An alternative would be to show the patterns "dry" first, just moving the stick without welding. It would be easier to see how big the motions are and how tight together.

Starting an arc with a full length rod is easy. Just "drag" it. Works well. And that's a lot of unnecessary "prep" work for such a simple weld. I've been doing this for 50 years. The welder is not a problem. The arc is steady once established.

While welding, shall we advance the electrode by pressing it to the surface?

Cutting the rods in half is an old trick that we used on Nuke Plants long ago. We did that to get into very tight spots and I mean tight spots.
