Recipes:
Pork Roast Dinner:
2-3 lb pork roast
Potatoes and carrots, cut into big chunks
Onion, chopped
Season veggies with minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, pepper, italian seasoning, and paprika to taste (Use about 1/2 tsp of each seasoning). Toss together and set aside. Season pork roast heavily with salt, pepper and paprika. Place roast in the bottom of crockpot and dump veggies on top. Add 3/4 cup of chicken broth and cook on low for 8 hours. Shred and serve!

Italian Tortellini Soup:
1 lb pork sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 TBSP minced garlic
1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
1 28oz can crushed tomatoes
1 14oz can italian petite diced tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp italian seasoning
3-4 cups chicken broth
9oz tortellini
2 cups spinach
1/2 cup parmesan
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
Cook pork sausage with onion. Dump into crockpot once meat is cooked through. Add tomatoes, broth and seasonings- cook on high for 3 hours. Add tortellini, spinach, parmesan and heavy whipping cream. Cook until the spinach is wilted and the tortellini is cooked. Add additonal salt and seasonings at the end as desired.

Beef and Broccoli (I used Venison): therecipecritic.com/slow-cooker-beef-and-broccoli/

Chicken and Gravy:
Gravy Mix: www.healthycanning.com/chicken-gravy-mix

3 large chicken breasts
1 onion, chopped
1 cup of fresh mushrooms, chopped
Add chicken - season heavily with salt, pepper, garlic powder, italian seasoning and paprika. Add mushrooms and onions to crockpot. Season with 5 TBSP of the chicken gravy mix. Add in 2 cups of water. Cook on high for about 4 hours and shred chicken. Make a corn starch slurry - mix 1 TBSP cold water with 1 TBSP cornstarch. Add that into the crockpot with the chicken and let thicken. I did add some extra salt and garlic powder at this point. To keep this dish healthier, I served ours over mashed cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes. I will link the recipe below that I used

Mashed Cauliflower: www.crunchycreamysweet.com/mashed-cauliflower/

Pulled Pork:
2-3 lb Pork Loin
1/2 onion, sliced
1/4 cup brown sugar
1.5 TBSP worcestershire
1/4 cup zesty italian dressing
1 cup sweet baby rays BBQ sauce

Season pork roast or loin - season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika to each side of the meat. Add sliced onions and the rest of the ingredients. Cook on low for 8 hours. Shred, remove any fatty pieces and serve however you like - on buns, plain, wraps, etc.
