Can You Beat The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time With Only Adult Link?

I like how when Adult Lonk grabs the Ocarina from Saria, he suddenly clips into his proper height mid cutscene

My fav part about these kinds of videos is the fact that you give him the name “Zelda” claiming it’s the canon name. It never fails to make me laugh

Now if only we had a 3rd option... Like doing the adult and child portions both but always as wrong Link. Aduly in past and child in future.

Out of all the obstacles of this challenge I wouldn’t have imagined not having Zelda’s lullaby being such a challenge

An unfortunate thing disqualifies you from your own ruleset - You said you'd play as Adult Link only, but seeing as you used the canon name, you actually played as Adult Zelda the whole time. Invalid run!

A purer form of this run would be in the Brawl five-minute demo, where one of the pre-made save files has you start as adult Link.

A lot of the problems you encountered are very similar to a randomizer experience. Like not being able to use bombs as adult because you don’t have the bracelet. I love randomizing this game because it’s like a puzzle. This seems like it took a while to do so good job good video

It's really cool to see all the things that the game just automatically opens because you're meant to have done them

Using hookshot jump to get into Shadow early just for the hover boots would helped with some stuff but that obscure RC Epona setup was crazy.

I think the funniest part about Adult Link in Child Link cutscenes is when he sort of... sits on the ground with his legs folded upright, while pretending he's standing. It's already funny enough that the game can't decide what height he should be off the ground, but then on top of that, instead of him just clipping through the ground like you'd expect, it insists his feet must be right on the ground no matter what! And even though they seemingly never designed him to be in that weird posture, the engine is somehow able to do it anyway.

I told you guys the main character was Zelda
