I looked up that Extreme Green Controller (N64) I show and that alone is over $400 in the box and she's just got it sitting on tons of other collectables. Insane retro gaming store for sure!

I've always liked this dudes channel because you never know what to expect, he doesn't fit into any typical gamer stereotypes, takes us all on to these different locations and has a very diverse bunch of people on it which is why people love it so much

Dude, you narrate so chill and it is amazing. Keep these travel vlogs, they are so much fun!!!!
  • @Breaks32
Gotta love the distracted driving highlight. What a dangerous example to set. Surprised to see this on your channel.

Dude, my hometown! I used to shop at Recycled Video Games in North Bend throughout my teenage years in the 2000s. The owner was always super friendly and helpful. She used to try to fix my busted PS1 disks back in the day lol

Oregon looks beautiful! And your car is obviously a unique shade of Grellow...😎

You really should do more travel vlogs. You are in your element when you interact with other people. Equal parts game hunting and just going places. Also, please do a video of you visiting the Video Game History Foundation! Ps. The car is yellow!

I've been to Recycle Video Games! The owner is super nice. Many years ago when I was 12 or 13 I called the store one day asking if a couple games I had were enough to trade for Ocarina of Time. The games I had were really generic, I remember, not worth much, but she came back on the phone a minute later and said "That's EXACTLY enough!" I was so happy I rushed to the store and got myself a copy of Zelda, but I remember something seemed kind of off. It wasn't until a few days later I realized the games I had were probably not anywhere near enough in trade. But she could tell I was a kid who desperately wanted to play OoT and she let me have it. Sorry for the book, but I just thought it was really cool seeing this place is still there. I never forgot how nice she was and I'm really happy she's still in business!

ohhhh chizzz i wish she was my aunt lmao she is dedicated and reinvigorates my respect for the retro gaming collector spirit! plus oregon is more beautiful than expected other than what i hear from family since they live in the urban areas, but this definitely seals the deal for one of the destinations for visiting or even moving really.. esp for the coastal environment i miss from back home in the islands you dont get that much in the states, atleast from a portion of the atlantic side...

The Seaside bumper cars and arcade were my childhood too! Where I first played X-men, Turtles, Simpsons.
  • "You're not messing around" the riff kicks in... I'm hyped up, clips of MJR behind-the-wheel ...not much gets me more hyped up than a new video thank you Jason 🔥
  • You mentioned at the beginning of the video that the last Blockbuster was in Eugene. It's in Bend. And at the end, you play a clip where you hit up 3 of my favorite places to game hunt/shop! Videogame Headquarters, Green Acres Goodwill and House of Records!

I was born in coos bay. Nice to see hidden gems in my home town. Wish every day that Coos Bay can grow back to how I remember it in the 80s
  • @ARPelayre
That store owner will definitely put that town on the map. I already want to visit just to see this shop, a museum would be amazing!
  • @zZiL341yRj736
All of my friends just grew up and they don't enjoy games or anything else they used to enjoy when they were younger, even called it childish. I'm glad you and your friends are always like this. These are the kind of people I wanna be around.
  • @AaronTMeyer
Annie doesn't let just anyone in that back room. Very cool to see a video about my childhood game store!
  • @mebbin
What an incredible store that was, my mind was blown! I wish Annie continued success. And thanks MJR for always bringing such entertaining content for us all.
  • @octuron4883
I just wanna thank you for getting me into retro games again. I was born in the 80's and had some great times with the games we had. Because of you I now have a decent Wii collection that my children LOVE!!!! Thank you for just being you!
