He bought 2 abandoned storage units that he thinks belonged to the same owner
He was right and finds out that the former owner had major personal problems with using & dealing "d" rugs
BUT the previous owner also had a great eye for antiques and invested a ton of money into them

My Daddy was a Navy Seal Dale E. Crull. He was a Vietnam War Veteran. He passed on December 2nd 2004. Best man I had ever known, he would give you the shirt off his back, or his last plate of food if you were in need. He raised me alone just daddy & daughter, I was so lucky to have him as a dad. I am the strong, independent woman I am because of him.

The thick, heavy bowls and jugs are CROCKERY. The brown pot with the lid you found a few days ago is a bean pot for making baked beans the old fashioned way, ala Boston baked beans. My grandmother and great aunt used the large crockery bowls for making bread. They used the large straight sided crocks for making saurkraut, pickles, and brining meat. Scots-Irish and German heritage from southern Ohio. I just love the old stuff. True treasures. ❤

Funny that you mentioned ironworkers when you were going through that vintage metal lunchbox. The minute you pulled it out my mind went straight to my memories of my dad carrying one to work every day.....as an ironworker. ❤

The Bag Balm was made for cow udders, but it's for humans, too. It's REALLY good if you tend to have cracked cuticles or heels and, I think, is antiseptic, which makes sense. When a "friend" got a tattoo some years ago, she used it on the "tasteful art" to keep it moisturized and help it heal. 🐄🐄 BTW, I can't believe Jeremy played that harmonica, after just finding that "chicken" in the drawer!🤢 You should have put some Bag Balm on your lips to kill the "chicken" germs!!!😂😂

Bag Balm, also called Udder Creme was a healing ointment for Cows that had udder issues. Us hoomans use it too.😉😁

I am loving this entire unit (except for the clothes and the sticky chicken) and especially all the jugs and jars to put collectables in. I really wanted to see how you fixed the death trap balanced on the stool leg. The humor is lit. Thanks for sharing Pepper. I miss those days. We have a giant saw like you found and they are not fun to use.😂💕🙏🏼🤗🥰

Bag Balm originally developed in Vermont to put on chapped cow udders. Now used by others for dry cracked skin, wounds, chapped lips etc. Supposed to be a great diaper rash ointment. Major ingredients are petroleum and lanolin. I used it 50 years ago for diaper rash for my children.
