The Republican Party has intensified its criticism of Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, Vice President Kamala Harris’s running mate, over discrepancies in his military record, specifically regarding his service in the Army National Guard. The scrutiny escalated after Walz was named as Harris’s vice-presidential pick, with GOP leaders questioning whether Walz misrepresented his military service during the Afghanistan war. The controversy centers on Walz’s claims of serving in a combat role, despite never being deployed to war. Rep.
