Everyone knows that the strongest being in the WB universe is Shaggy, everything he has done so far since 1969 and he has never been at 100%, even beings like Darkseid were pushed to show their strongest but not Shaggy Rogers.

The characters have evolved. At one point back in the 90’s they were pretty evenly matched before Final Crisis. Darkseid got elevated to abstract entity status and Thanos got nerfed.
