  • It's not incredibly recent but in Cyberpunk 2077 there was a bug during the Maelstrom warehouse mission where at the end when you're trying to escape Jackie phases through the door and then you can't interact with the door at all. I note this because I spent a solid 30 hours or so doing everything in the opening area of the game to have this completely lock my game and force me to restart.
  • Falcon just casually throws out a who's afraid of virginia Wolff reference in 2023. Incredible.

One of my most notable game breaking bugs, excluding Cyberpunk, was actually in Skyrim. Not exclusive to console, but if you are trying to play with no mods, and you get caught stealing before reaching Whiterun, you could reach Whiterun and find the gates permanently locked.
  • You can make a whole video of sims glitches. The neighborhood action plans like foodies unite made sims come over and "attempt" to bake a cake. If you had several sims over, your house would be littered with unfinished cakes... rough housing encouraged and rock your body are also annoying cause they make sims fight and do push ups ALL THE TIME. People disabled the feature altogether over these.

Number 2 is great. They successfully automated the experience of letting a younger sibling play your Pokémon game in the 90s...
  • I have a habit which I must admit to. For about 20 years now, every time I've really "gotten into" a game, I'll play through it once, then I will immediately start a new game and attack it with every fucked up glitch and exploit I can dig up. PS: Only with sinlgle player campaigns.

"if it had no bugs... it would still be this game" OUCH, this one was BRUTAL (Comprehensible tho)
  • I remember when Uncharted 3 was brand new on PS3. I was on the final chapter and I randomly got an error and it caused my save file to get deleted. lol
  • 1:32 started my 100 Baby Challenge right when this bug appeared. Needless to say I wasn’t having many babies 😂
  • @grxveyard5304
Need for Speed Unbound actually corrupted my Single Player save file, which now has finally been fixed, but that took 4 ~ 5 months total.
  • @Blissfulhigh
I remember the Sims 4 glitch, stopped playing until the patch because it really was just causing everyone to hate each other.

The space Applebees wasn’t the only place where this happened, for some reason High on Life just loved to soft lock and make it to where you can’t get in/out of places. I had an occurrence where it removed my arm so I couldn’t shoot or defend myself and was locked out of the portal.
  • @MartyrMachine
Best part of my day. I may be getting old but I still love my game news!
  • @paperip1996
#4 Even more annoying, there are several missions where waves of enemies spawn outside the mission area and stay there. Can't go to them because you fail the mission for leaving, can't progress the mission because they don't ever come to you. About 1/2 the time, the only way I could fix this would be by REINSTALLING THE ENTIRE GAME
  • I'm pretty sure the Sims autonomous meanness glitch was patched into my game, often with the Sims when they say they patched out a glitch I've never had, I end up experiencing it
  • @VorxDargo
In regards to the Pokemon one, the last anyone was told when contacting the devs was that it was a bug for people who tried to buy and load the expansion stuff into the game. Mine loaded fine but it's mostly from that.
  • @kizunadragon9
"At least you're not trapped in the everything bagel" i love thats a thing now.
  • @JBWATROUS1
#10 is hilarious. Imagine if a dev actually wrote that into the code on purpose only to be released at a certain date and time…
  • I was caught in the Hogwarts infinity fall glitch and had to start over from scratch. That was fun.
