Shorts still work really great for me on my second channel. I mean, I am just small content creator and I work really hard (I also use a little bit of fame- ster, but that's a necessity nowadays). I just give all my videos small initial boost, and that caused them to spread literally everywhere, bringing more and more organic views day after day.

You should touch up on niches outside of the usual highly saturated ones, that still do well.
