20 to 25 employees should be getting him to his goals but definitely sounds he has to hire more diehard salespeople or work on the strengths of his actual employees. leadership is key he should look within himself.

Wow! The part where he said "add more employees"...absolutely BRILLIANT! And then the part where he goes "he's a freakin maniac" dude I almost lost it with the genius of that statement! I was hanging on every word! There wasn't a single piece of advice that he gave this guy that he could have possibly figured out on his own! Wow! I'm just speechless! So deep and just brilliant! People who don't give this guy the money they earned in their totally pathetic 9 to 5 jobs are just losers at life and total suckers! You're only not a sucker if you buy the product that this video was totally not set up to sell people who totally aren't suckers!
